Can I request a time and date that is not on the booking site?

Yes, I will do my best to work with your schedule. Fill out the contact form below and I will contact you by e-mail.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that things happen. I require a 24 hour notice before our class to refund your money.
Otherwise,  I am happy to work with you to reschedule the class if possible.

What accent do you have?

I am a native English speaker with a neutral American accent.  Feel free to listen to my voice-over demo on the "Meet Carolyna" page to hear it.

What does my session include?

You get 35 minutes of personalized instruction in each class.
After class, I will send
a personalized summary of the lesson, including the key vocabulary and phrases we practiced.  Your strengths and parts of the lesson you may want to review will be shared with you to help you see your progress.
I am happy to answer any questions in a followup email.

Yes, of course!  I welcome you to schedule a free virtual video call with me or use the contact sheet if your are more comfortable sending an e-mail.

I don't see the topic I want to study. When will you add more?

I am always working on new content, but please send me an e-mail to let me know what you are looking for and I may be able to help you.

How does the group class work?

Group classes online can be so much fun!  Invite family or friends to join you for this online class. 
After the class is booked, I will reach out to you and you can submit up to eight email addresses.
You pick the topic and level and we will learn together.
Participants must be able to log on to Zoom.

What online platform do  you use?

I use Zoom.
If you cannot use Zoom, reach out to me on the contact form and I will see if I can work with you on another platform.
